Granite Ridge Counseling | Telehealth Therapy Across Vermont
The courage to start.
The connection to keep going.
For people navigating substance use, relationships, grief, and the harder parts of being a person.
You've already done the hard part
If you’re reading this, you’ve probably been sitting with something for a while. Maybe you’re not sure if it’s “bad enough” to talk to someone about. Maybe you’ve tried to figure it out on your own, and it’s only feeling heavier. You don’t have to carry it alone.
Whatever brought you here, there’s room for it here–messy, uncertain, and real–and space to begin moving toward more clarity, connection, and a fuller way of living.
Hi, I’m Jennifer DeBarbieri, LCMHC, LADC, and I go by JD.
I’ve worked in the mental health field for over 12 years across some of Vermont’s most demanding clinical settings, including inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient services, crisis stabilization, and residential addiction treatment. I work alongside you to help you reach your goals, rather than arriving with a plan already made.
In my private practice, I tailor the work to your unique needs, pace, and goals, so therapy reflects what actually matters in your life, not a one-size-fits-all approach. If you’re willing to show up and do the work (even if you’re not 100% ready), I’m right there with you.
